Redfish Lake

We took our annual camping trip to Redfish Lake in August.  We met up with 5 other families all from Boise.  Our kids look forward to this weekend every year.  I'll admit I love it as well.  No TV, cell phone, computer.  Just our family and friends.  The kids all have a buddy and they play all day.  From the lake to fishing, bike riding to chipmunk hunting.  They never run out of self made entertainment.  By the 4th day I am usually ready for a real shower (Redfish Lake doesn't count as a shower). We talk, laugh, do skits, sing songs and enjoy the beautiful mountains around us.  Some people think camping is "too much work".  Every minute of work is worth the priceless memories we make together.  Until next year!
